History and Foundation:

teamShape developed from the merging of the paradigms of Neuro-linguistic Programming (Bandler), the recognition and reshaping of morpho-genetic fields (Sheldrake/Beaumont/Hellinger) in psycho-drama and family constellations, and the theory and praxis of Polar Dynamics (Sandor/Dawson).

In its current form, teamShape is applied with great success for 6 years in the United States, South America, and Europe for groups and organizations with a wide diversity of purposes and goals, spanning enterprise executives, sales and production teams as well as scientific research groups to pop and rock bands, soccer teams, and theater crews.

teamShape is currently being delivered by Dr. Maximilian Sandor and Heloisa Rosas de Almeida in English, German, Italian, French, and Portuguese. Other languages will require trained translators. As of 2005 there are more than 25 personally trained facilitators in the United States, Europe, and South America.
