Contributions from people in South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand have arrived as well.
Due to the enormous wealth of information, text and pictures alike, we are not able to present all of this on these Web pages.
Nevertheless, if you have additional information or pictures of places mentioned in the 'Logs', please don't hesitate to contact Joachim (jhs@newciv.org).
My family is not that helpful, I have to admit, because they want me to spend my time with them, rather than being on the tracks of J.D.Flora. Still, very often we are able to combine both goals, for example on a trip to Lake Isabella (JPG 64k), located in the High Sierra Nevada.
On countless flights, discussions, and other occasions, GeZi helped me out a lot. Without him, many pictures and details that we possess now, would not be available at all.
Richard Hawkins' models and movies were instrumental for me in understanding many (not yet all) aspects of the 'TimeStar' (the above model of the timestar was created by him).
Tony Matweecha (tony@newciv.org) patiently explained to me details about Einstein's Relativity Theory and other mathematical jewels of which I was not as knowledgable as I thought I would.
Mike Peter (mikeo@newciv.org) and Gerald de Jong did most of the editing necessary to present the 'Logs' in a human-readable form. Thank you for all your efforts!
Last not least, Flemming Funch, author of the World Transformation pages was very, very helpful in many aspects in the search for J.D.Flora.
We got a lot of help from other people, and, as time allows, I would like to introduce more of them on this page.
For now, however,
That's it!
